Overview

Dr. Rupesh Kumar obtained his Ph.D and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. His research focuses on the design and development of advanced metallic biomaterials, particularly titanium and high-entropy alloys, for orthopaedic and dental implant applications. His areas of expertise include powder metallurgy, spark plasma sintering, tribology, tribocorrosion, corrosion engineering, additive manufacturing, and advanced materials characterization. His research aims to develop high-performance biomaterials with improved mechanical, tribological, corrosion, and biological properties for healthcare applications.
