It was an absolute delight to be part of a university that gave me the exposure to what Bioengineering has to offer. The well-designed curriculum helped me understand subjects in a structured manner while volunteering and leadership opportunities pushed me to improve my interpersonal skills. The course introduced me to its broad range of subjects, be it Cell Biology, Genetic Engineering or Electronics, and my teachers guided me to recognize where my interests lie. At MIT, we are taught by the best faculty, and have guest lectures by professionals from industry. Project based syllabus and interactive classes. So attending classes isn’t tedious as we hear from other colleges, instead they make you think on it.

Bioengineering is a very innovative field. We can apply technology to explore the world of biology and that’s the reason why I find it very interesting. I am blessed to be in such a beautiful and peaceful campus and to be in the company of wonderful faculty, who are always there to help us whenever we need them. I have really enjoyed a journey of bioengineering in MITBIO.

Placements: The placement rate in this institute is excellent. Several students are carrying out their internships in companies like Tata Elxsi, Genova Bio, Praj, Schrodinger, Eurofins Genomics etc. The overall percentage of students getting their internships in R&D and industrial sector is good.
