Associate Professor, Animal Cell Culture

Overview

His research interests are in stem cells and regenerative medicine, animal tissue culture, nutritional biochemistry, genetics and immunology. He has done his doctoral research (Ph.D. in Biotechnology) from National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), Pune, wherein he studied the role of nutraceuticals on blood regenerating stem cells in mice. His research work has led to 4 international publications. His work has been presented in the proceedings for 1 international and 2 national conferences. After completing his Ph.D., he has worked at cancer database company- PierianDx, India, Ltd. as a variant analyst.
